A small velvet-purple gallica rose from Redouté's Les Roses, reprinted as a Prussian blue cyanotype: the bloom, buds and thorny stem as one deep blue silhouette on pale paper.
The original
“The Roses: Rosa Gallica Purpurea Velutina Parva” by Langlois (French), after Pierre-Joseph Redouté, 1817–24, is in the public domain. The image comes from the Cleveland Museum of Art, which shares it under CC0 (no rights reserved).
The print
Tiraj turns the stipple engraving into a cyanotype, the iron-based sun print: one Prussian blue for the petals, leaves and thorns, with a brushed, slightly streaked coating and soft edges.
The paper tone is part of the artwork; print on white matte paper. The pale sheet and the brushed coating are printed into the file.

Printing tips
Use heavyweight white matte paper (200 gsm or more, archival matte or cotton rag). Print at 100% / actual size, not 'fit to page', and pick the file that matches your frame.
Colours can vary slightly between screens and printers.
