No account, no ads, no tracking cookies. We only see what we need to deliver your files and answer you.

Who is responsible

TirajArt is run by Sezer Kuşku (Sezlab, Istanbul, Türkiye), the data controller under Türkiye’s KVKK (Law 6698) and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR. For any question or request: tirajart@sezlab.dev.

When you buy or take the free print

Checkout runs on Polar, the merchant of record for TirajArt. You enter your email, name, country and payment details on Polar’s page; your card details never reach us. Polar processes the payment, receipt, tax and download access under its own privacy policy.

From Polar we see your name, email, country, what you bought and your answers to the two checkboxes (the instant-delivery consent and, if you ticked it, the request for news emails). We use this to deliver and support your order, to keep the records the law requires, and to send news about new prints only if you asked for them.

News emails

Only with your consent from the checkout box. About once a month at most. To stop them, reply to any of them or write to tirajart@sezlab.dev; we remove you from the list straight away.

When you browse

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser, time of request) to serve the site and protect it from abuse, and may count page views without cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use the Pinterest or Meta pixels.

Your browser keeps two small preferences in its own storage (localStorage): whether background music is on, and that you have already seen the launch-offer window, so it does not open again. They are never sent to us; clearing your browser data removes them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to news emails at any time by writing to tirajart@sezlab.dev. Order records that tax law requires are kept by Polar for the legally required period. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local data protection authority.
