Will I receive a physical print?

No. This is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. You get five high-resolution JPG files right after purchase and can print them at home, at a local print shop or with an online printing service.

Which sizes are included?

Each listing includes five ratios: 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14 and ISO (A series). Together they cover the common frame sizes, from 4×6 in to 24×36 in and from A5 to A1. Wide artworks come in landscape versions. The listing photos show the exact pixel size and resolution of each file.

What paper should I print on?

Use matte paper, ideally a heavyweight fine-art or cotton paper. Some prints already carry a paper tone (cream, washi, kraft) as part of the artwork, so print those on plain white paper.

The colours look different from my screen.

Screens and printers vary. For the closest match, ask your print shop to print in sRGB without automatic colour correction, and run a small test print first.

Are the originals really free to use? Is this AI art?

The originals are in the public domain and are released by their museums under CC0. Each listing links to the museum record. The printmaking interpretation is our own work, made with our own software and checked by hand. It is not AI-generated.

Can I use the files commercially or resell them?

Files are for personal use: printing and decorating your own home or office, or giving a print as a gift. Please don't resell or redistribute the files.

How do I get my files after paying?

Checkout is handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Right after payment the five JPG files are available to download from the order confirmation page. You can come back to them any time in Polar’s customer portal (https://polar.sh/tirajart/portal), signing in with the email you used at checkout.

Who is the seller? Who handles tax?

Polar is the merchant of record for TirajArt: it takes the payment, issues the receipt and invoice, and calculates and collects sales tax or VAT where it applies. The total on the checkout page is the final price.

Can I get a refund?

Because these are instant digital downloads, I can't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If a file is damaged, won't open, or doesn't match the listing, message me and I'll make it right.
