Clingy gizlilik politikası

Panon, magnetlerin ve fotoğrafların Mac'inde kalır, hiçbir yere yüklenmez. Clingy'de hesap, analitik ya da takip yok. İnternete yalnızca Pro lisansını denetlemek (Polar) ve güncellemeleri denetlemek (sezlab.dev) için çıkar.
Clingy neyi, nerede saklar?
Clingy verisini Mac'inde, kendi korumalı alanının (sandbox) içinde tutar:
- Panon: notlar, magnetler ve yerleri, tek bir dosyada.
- Yaptığın magnetler: içe aktardığın resimlerin, arka planı kesildikten sonraki kopyaları. Arka planı ayırma işi Mac'inde yapılır.
- Eklediğin fotoğraflar: polaroide çevirdiğin fotoğrafların kopyaları.
- Ayarlar: ızgaraya oturtma, eğim, karanlıkta parlama ve izlemesini seçtiğin klasör.
Sen bir yere kaydetmedikçe Clingy kendi alanının dışına yazmaz. Uygulamayı silsen de macOS bu alanı ve kayıtlı panonu saklayabilir.
Mac'indeki dosyalar
Clingy, Apple'ın korumalı alanında çalışır ve yalnızca senin seçtiğin dosyalara ulaşır: “Görsellerden Magnet Yap” ya da “Fotoğraftan Polaroid” ile seçtiğin resimler (bir kez okunur, kopyası tutulur), izleme klasörü olarak seçtiğin klasördeki yeni resimler (o klasöre yazmaz, oradan bir şey silmez) ve masaüstünün resmini ya da videosunu dışa aktarırken seçtiğin yer. Belgelerini, fotoğraf arşivini, kişilerini, takvimini ya da konumunu okumaz; kamera, mikrofon ve erişilebilirlik izni istemez.
Paylaşma
“Buzdolabımı Paylaş” Mac'inde bir resim ya da kısa bir video üretir; hiçbir şey yüklenmez. Sonra paylaşırsan bunu macOS kendi paylaşma penceresiyle yapar ve seçtiğin hizmetin kendi gizlilik koşulları geçerli olur.
Clingy Pro ve lisans
Clingy yalnızca sezlab.dev'den dağıtılır. Pro, Polar'dan (Polar Software Inc., ABD) alınan bir lisans anahtarıyla açılır. Satışı ve ödemeyi Polar yapar; satıcı (merchant of record) Polar'dır ve ödemeyi iş ortağı Stripe işler. Satın alırken verdiğin ad, e-posta, ülke ve ödeme bilgileri Polar'a gider; kart bilgilerini ben görmem. Polar'dan satışın kaydını (e-posta, ülke, ürün, tutar, tarih) görürüm ve yalnızca lisans, iade ve destek için kullanırım.
- Mac'inden çıkan: etkinleştirirken, haftada bir doğrularken ve “Lisansı Bu Mac'ten Kaldır” dediğinde lisans anahtarın, Sezlab'ın Polar kimliği, bu Mac için oluşturulan etkinleştirme kimliği ve etiket olarak Mac'inin adı Polar'a gider (api.polar.sh).
- Güncellemeler: uygulama yeni sürümü sezlab.dev'den denetler (Sparkle). Mac'inin bilgileri gönderilmez; Cloudflare'in olağan teknik kayıtları dışında bir şey tutulmaz. Uygulama dosyası GitHub'dan (Microsoft) iner.

Analitik ve takip
Yok. Analitik kütüphanesi, çökme raporlama, reklam kimliği, çerez ya da parmak izi yok. Clingy seni uygulamalar ya da siteler arasında izlemez; gönderdiği hiçbir şey veri komisyoncularıyla paylaşılmaz.
Çocuklar
Clingy her yaşa uygundur. Ad ya da e-posta istemez, reklam göstermez, kullanıcıyı izlemez. Yukarıdaki lisans denetimi verileri yalnızca Pro lisansı girildiyse işlenir.

Bu politika değişirse yeni hâli bu sayfada, yeni tarihle yayınlanır. Clingy'nin sana ulaşma yolu olmadığı için güncellemeleri görmenin yolu bu sayfaya bakmaktır.
Clingy privacy policy

Your board, magnets and photos stay on your Mac and are never uploaded. Clingy has no account, analytics or tracking. It only goes online to check your Pro licence (Polar) and to look for updates (sezlab.dev).
What Clingy stores, and where
Clingy keeps its data on your Mac, inside its own sandbox container:
- Your board: the notes, magnets and their positions, in a single file.
- Magnets you make: copies of pictures you import, after the background is removed. Background removal happens on your Mac.
- Photos you add: copies of the photos you turn into polaroids.
- Settings: snap to grid, tilt, glow in the dark and the folder you choose to watch.
Clingy does not write outside its own container unless you explicitly save a file somewhere. macOS may keep the container and your saved board after you delete the app.
Files on your Mac
Clingy runs in Apple's App Sandbox and only reaches files you choose yourself: pictures you pick with “Make Magnets from Images” or “Polaroid from Photo” (read once, a copy is kept), new pictures in the folder you choose to watch (it never writes to or deletes anything there), and the place you pick when you export a picture or video of your desktop. It does not read your documents, photo library, contacts, calendar or location, and it does not ask for camera, microphone or accessibility access.
Sharing
“Share My Fridge” creates a picture or a short video on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded. If you then share it, macOS does that through its own share sheet, and the service you pick applies its own privacy terms.
Clingy Pro and your licence
Clingy is distributed only from sezlab.dev. Pro unlocks with a licence key bought from Polar (Polar Software Inc., USA). Polar handles the sale and payment as the merchant of record, with payments processed by its partner Stripe. The name, email, country and payment details you enter at checkout go to Polar; I never see your card details. From Polar I see the sale record (email, country, product, amount, date) and use it only for your licence, refunds and support.
- What leaves your Mac: when you activate, once a week when the licence is checked, and when you choose “Remove License from This Mac”, your licence key, Sezlab's Polar organization ID, the activation ID created for this Mac and your Mac's name as its label are sent to Polar (api.polar.sh).
- Updates: the app checks sezlab.dev for new versions (Sparkle). No details about your Mac are sent, and nothing beyond Cloudflare's usual technical logs is kept. The app file downloads from GitHub (Microsoft).

Analytics and tracking
None. No analytics framework, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier, no cookies, no fingerprinting. Clingy does not track you across apps or websites, and nothing it sends is shared with data brokers.
Children
Clingy is suitable for all ages. It does not ask for a name or email address, show ads or track users. The licence-check data described above is only processed if a Pro licence has been entered.
Who is responsible, and your rights
Clingy is made by Sezer Kuşku (Sezlab, Istanbul), the data controller. For your rights under Türkiye's KVKK and the GDPR (access, correction, deletion, objection), write to hello@sezlab.dev. The sezlab.dev website has its own notice: sezlab.dev/gizlilik.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. Since Clingy has no way to contact you, checking this page is the only way to see updates.
